Merging the future Funk sounds of Afrika Bambaataa, Zapp, P-Funk, and Planet Patrol, this Boston band's 1983 debut scored a hit with "Space Cowboy." The song shook dancefloors with its heavy beats, weird lyrics, and spastic sound effects. They re-emerged in the early '90s and find little success. Tommy Boy reissued this album in 2001.
