Ni Una Sola Palabra
Label: Int'L Latin America
This compilation from the Latin pop diva is a testament to both her range and the sunny-sweet dance-pop base she's established for herself, no matter what language or style she's singing in. The first third of the album catalogs her forays into English-language pop, including a reworked electro version of the hit "Boys Will Be Boys." Then she shifts gears into a range of Latin pop styles, from rock-edged ("Ni Una Sola Palabra") to mariachi ("Dame Otro Tequila"). Interestingly, when you hear them all in a row, an almost ABBA-esque Euro-pop current seems to run through her biggest hits.
