No Olvides Recordarme
Puerto Rican salsa star Gilberto Santa Rosa brings his swing to a new set of boleros that has a fabricated sound more reminiscent of '80s Latin pop than the Latin ballad's golden age. But Santa Rosa's voice, as always, makes for pleasant company. Mexican crooner Marco Antonio Solis turns the romance up on the opening "Por Como Van las Cosas." Highlights come in the title track and "A Donde Vamos a Parar" with Natalia LaFourcade, while that old bolero feeling comes through on "Apaga la Luz," a duet with Cuban singer Lena Burke.
