On her sixth album, Ciara brags she'll "put you to bed" on "Lullaby" and tells us to "Dance Like We're Making Love." "Ain't nothing like rolling with a Georgia peach," she says on "Stuck on You." As usual, she has excellent production: Check the pulsing electro beat on "Fly" and the creamy house notes on "Kiss & Tell." But Jackie isn't as focused as 2013's triumphant comeback Ciara. There are too many ideas here, from the Vegas-aimed EDM of "Give Me Love" to "I Got You," a tribute to her newborn child. She settles down for "I Bet," a kiss-off to former beau Future, but it's just a respite.
