I Ain't Trippin'
Label: Capitol Records
The most significant thing about Cherish is that they are sisters. So while they don't always have the strongest voices, they sing like sisters: snug and intimate, like they're telling family secrets. On their second album, the ATL foursome abandons the snap dances of their youthful 2006 debut for bolder production choices ("Framed Out"), richer vocals ("Amnesia") and some serious adult relationship troubles ("Damages"). But lest you worry the King sisters' newfound maturity turned them all dull and serious, check out "Killa," their flirtatious lead single.
